What is OS Hardening
OS hardening is a process of enhancing the server security. Hardening includes the removal of unwanted logins, services or applications running on the server.
We do not allow the customer's to change their Managed server plan to a non-managed dedicated server. You can however upgrade to higher level plans within the Managed Server product as your requirement increases.
The managed server product is not covered under money back guarantee policy.
Do I need Managed Server or a Dedicated Server?
If you or your company have the technical expertise to setup and operate a complete web server, our Dedicated Servers will serve your needs. However, if system administrator workloads and availability is a concern, we strongly suggest that you choose the Fully Managed Hosting option as that enables your team to focus on your core operations instead of diverting scarce resources to server monitoring and maintenance.
