If your account has been migrated from WHMCS, and this is the first time you are logging in, you will first have to reset your account’s password. Here are the steps to reset your password:
Click on the link labeled “Forgot Password” and enter the email address you use to login to your customer account.
You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password. Click on the link in your email and follow the instructions in the page that appears.
We are excited to announce that we are migrating our infrastructure and our order management platform to a new state of the art system. This migration has started and will be completed by December 23rd, 2014 at 6AM IST. While we are in the process of migrating to the new system, you will not be able to login to manage your orders or place new orders through the website.
