Q1. When did you enter the Web Services Industry and where do you see your business going?
We started the business in 2015 and are now re-entering to provide services to customers via the B2C model.

Founded with the aim of providing best-value products, Minte has become the preferred online seller for many that desire to purchase open-box mobile phones.
Minte sources open-box/ preowned phones from some of the leading e-commerce players in the country and ensures that all its customers are served with mint condition electronics.
Progressing into a new era in e-commerce with services spread across India, we aim to offer dedicated service to customers.

Q7: The recent COVID-19 pandemic has changed the ways businesses operate. Are you running your business remotely? If yes, how has your experience been thus far?
Due to Covid-19 pandemic, we have lost and done zero business for the last 3 months and now we have started our business remotely. This is because our business required physical presence to continue operating the business.
Q10: Are there any challenges you are facing while serving your customers? If yes, how are you overcoming them?
We haven’t faced any challenges.
Q9: What are your learnings when it comes to your interaction with your customers while working remotely?
We require a physical presence for our customers, however, we have recently begun operating remotely so we are still in the earlier stages of learning.
